VIP Parking Solutions provides event valet across Denver and the metro area for weddings, private parties, galas, corporate events and restaurants. We plan where cars go, how guests are greeted and how fast cars come back, then staff the event with our own trained attendants.

What events does VIP staff in Denver?
- Weddings and receptions at venues, hotels, ranches and private homes.
- Private parties such as milestone birthdays, holiday parties and fundraisers at a residence.
- Corporate events including conferences, client dinners, product launches and open houses.
- Restaurants that want nightly or weekend valet as a guest amenity.
- Galas and public events where arrival is part of the experience.
How does VIP plan an event?
A good valet night is planned before the first car arrives. We ask for the address, start and end times, guest count, and whether there is parking on site. Then we work out where the stand goes, where cars will be parked and how long each run takes, how many attendants are needed at peak arrival and departure, and whether signs, cones or lighting are needed. You get a written plan and a quote before you commit.
What happens on the night?
Attendants arrive early in uniform and set up the stand, signs and key box. A lead attendant checks in with you or your planner. Guests are greeted, handed a claim ticket and on their way inside in seconds. Keys are tracked at the stand throughout. At the end, cars are brought up in order, and the lead confirms with you before the team leaves.
What about weather?
Denver weather can change in an afternoon, and snow is possible from fall into spring. For outdoor stands we plan for cold, wind and wet ground: a covered spot for the stand when the site allows it, safe walking paths for guests, and extra time for parking and retrieval when roads are slick.
Which Denver venues and areas does VIP cover?
Anywhere in the metro: downtown hotels and event spaces, LoDo and RiNo restaurants and lofts, Cherry Creek, the Highlands, Wash Park and Hilltop homes, the foothills west of Golden, and suburban venues across Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton and the south metro. We also work events in Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado and the mountains. See the Denver overview.
How much does event valet cost in Denver?
We do not publish a rate card because two events are rarely the same. The price depends on how many attendants are needed, how many hours they work, how far the parking is, and whether the event needs extras such as signs, lighting or a shuttle. Weekend dates in peak season fill first. Request a quote with your date and address and we will send a plan and a price. For more on what drives cost, read how much it costs to hire a valet service.
Who are the attendants?
VIP employees. We do not subcontract events, so the attendants who park your guests' cars are hired, trained and supervised by VIP. For tips on judging any valet company, see what to look for in a valet parking vendor.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on how quickly guests arrive and leave and how far cars are parked, not just the guest count. A dinner where everyone arrives within twenty minutes needs more attendants than an open house spread over three hours. We size the team after we know the address, timing and parking.
We find a place for the cars. That can be a nearby lot or garage, a neighbor's lot by arrangement, or street parking where it is allowed. Distance to parking changes the number of attendants needed, so we plan it before the event.
Either. Most private events are hosted, so guests pay nothing. Restaurants and public events can charge guests. We will set it up the way you want.
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays from late spring to early fall and for the holiday season. Send the date through the quote form and we will confirm availability.
