VIP Parking Solutions provides front-desk and overnight concierge for apartment and condo buildings in Denver and the metro area. Our concierges greet residents and guests, handle packages and access, and send a daily activity report to your property team, so you know what happened on every shift.

What does an apartment concierge do?

The concierge is the person residents see first and the one who keeps the lobby running when the leasing office is closed. Depending on what your building needs, a VIP concierge can:

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors and prospects, and check visitors in.
  • Receive packages and deliveries and let residents know when they arrive.
  • Manage lobby, garage and amenity access according to your rules.
  • Walk set rounds of common areas and note anything that needs attention.
  • Take resident requests and pass them to maintenance or management.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs and elevator reservations.
  • Call the right people when something goes wrong after hours, using your escalation list.

What is in the daily activity report?

Every shift ends with a written daily activity report (DAR) sent to the property manager and anyone else you name. It lists who was on duty and when, visitors and vendors checked in, packages and deliveries, resident requests, anything noticed on rounds such as a broken door, a leak or a light out, and any incident with what was done about it. Instead of hearing about a problem days later, the property team starts each morning knowing what happened overnight.

Which Denver buildings is this for?

High-rise and mid-rise apartment communities, condo associations, mixed-use buildings with residential floors, and senior and luxury residences. In Denver that often means downtown and Union Station towers, Cherry Creek condos, and newer buildings in RiNo, the Highlands, Capitol Hill and Uptown, but we work anywhere in the metro. See the Denver overview for the areas we cover.

Can VIP add valet at a residential building?

Yes. Some buildings pair a lobby concierge with resident valet in the garage, or bring in valet for leasing events and resident parties. VIP staffs both with its own employees, so one manager answers for the desk and the curb. For event nights, see event valet in Denver.

Who are the concierges?

VIP employees, not subcontractors. Each concierge is trained on your building before working a shift alone: the layout, your access rules, your package process, your escalation contacts, and how you want residents greeted. A VIP manager is your single point of contact and covers call-outs so the desk is not left empty.

Why do Denver buildings add overnight concierge?

Most problems in a residential building happen after the office closes: a delivery left in the lobby, a guest who cannot get in, a leak on a weekend night. A concierge on duty handles the small things on the spot and makes sure the big ones reach the right person fast. Residents notice the difference, and it often comes up when they decide whether to renew.

How does it start?

We meet with the property team, walk the building, and agree on the hours, posts, duties and report recipients. You get a written plan and a quote. After you approve it, we train the team on site and start on the agreed date. Reports begin with the first shift.

Frequently asked questions

A short written log of each concierge shift: who was on duty, deliveries and visitors handled, resident requests, anything unusual seen on rounds, and anything the property team needs to follow up on. It is sent to the people you choose, every day.

Yes. Many buildings keep their own daytime leasing or front-desk staff and use VIP for evenings and overnights. We can also cover the full day, weekends or holidays.

No. Our concierges are hospitality staff. They greet residents and guests, manage access and packages, and watch and report, but they are not armed or licensed security officers. If your building needs licensed security, tell us and we will say so plainly.

It depends on the hours covered, how many posts you need, and what the role includes. We quote each building after a walk-through. Request a quote.

Share the date, the address and how many guests or residents you expect. We will reply with a staffing plan and a quote.

They are so thoughtful and always go above and beyond, even when it can be so chaotic with multiple customers at once.
