VIP Parking Solutions is a Denver valet company that also staffs concierge desks and hospitality teams. We work with hotels, hospitals, office buildings, apartment and condo communities, restaurants and event hosts across Denver and the metro area, and every shift is worked by VIP's own employees.

What does VIP do in Denver?

Denver is where we are growing fastest, and it is where most of our work is recurring rather than one night only. Five services cover almost every request we get here:

Which Denver neighborhoods does VIP cover?

We work anywhere in the city and the surrounding metro. Each part of Denver brings its own parking puzzle, and we plan for it:

  • Downtown, LoDo and Union Station. Tight curbs, one-way streets and busy sidewalks. Stands here have to move quickly, and cars usually go to a nearby garage, so the run to the garage is part of the plan.
  • Cherry Creek. Hotels, restaurants, retail and high-end condo buildings where guests expect a polished greeting at the door.
  • RiNo and the Highlands. Restaurants, event spaces and newer apartment buildings, often with little on-site parking and a lot of evening traffic.
  • Capitol Hill, Uptown and Golden Triangle. Dense residential blocks, medical buildings and cultural venues where drop-off space is limited.
  • Denver Tech Center and the south metro. Office campuses and hotels in Greenwood Village, Centennial and Englewood, where valet and lobby concierge support executive visitors.
  • The wider metro. Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster and Golden, for both recurring accounts and events.

What kinds of Denver buildings does VIP staff?

Hotels and resorts, hospitals and clinics, office towers and corporate campuses, apartment and condo high-rises, restaurants, private homes, wedding and event venues, and shopping centers. The service changes with the building. A hotel needs valet and bell staff who know the property. A hospital needs patient, unhurried attendants at the front door. An apartment tower needs a concierge who knows the residents and writes up every shift.

How does a Denver account get started?

It starts with a conversation and a look at the site. We ask about your hours, expected guests or residents, where cars can be parked, and what a great arrival looks like to you. Then we walk the entrance, plan the stand or desk, size the team, and send a written staffing plan with a quote. Once you approve it, we hire or assign VIP employees, train them on your property, and name a manager who answers for every shift.

What makes valet in Denver different?

Three things shape most Denver plans. First, curb space is scarce in the urban core, so many stands rely on a nearby garage and the plan has to staff the walk or drive between them. Second, the city's event calendar matters: a home game, a concert or a convention downtown can double traffic around a hotel or restaurant on short notice. Third, the weather. Snow can arrive in October or May, so stands need cover, safe footing and extra time when roads are slick.

Why hire a valet company instead of staffing it yourself?

Recruiting, training, scheduling and covering call-outs for valet and front-desk roles takes time most property teams do not have. With VIP, those jobs are ours. You get a consistent team, a manager to call, and insurance and training handled by a company that does this every day.

Yes. Much of our Denver work is recurring: hotel valet and bell shifts, hospital front-door valet, office lobby concierge and overnight apartment concierge. We also staff one-time events.

It depends on the hours, how many attendants or concierges you need, guest volume, and where cars are parked. We do not publish rates because two sites are rarely alike. Request a quote and you will get a staffing plan and a price.

VIP employees. We do not subcontract shifts, so the people at your entrance are hired, trained and supervised by VIP.

It depends on the size of the team and the training your site needs. Tell us your start date when you request a quote and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
