Who is VIP Parking Solutions?
We are a Colorado company that does one thing well: we take care of guests at the front door. That can mean parking cars at a wedding, running a hotel's valet and bell stand, staffing an office lobby, or managing a busy lot so traffic keeps moving. Our clients include businesses and private hosts who want the first and last impression of their event or property to be a good one.
We are based in Denver and work across the state: Denver, Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado, Vail, Aspen, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge.
How does VIP work with clients?
Every job starts with a conversation. We ask where guests will arrive, where cars will be parked, how many people you expect and when they will come and go. For a property or a larger event, we look at the site in person. From that we build a staffing plan that fits your situation, rather than sending a standard crew and hoping it works.

Why does VIP use its own employees?
Because the people at your door represent your business. VIP does not hand assignments to subcontractors. Every attendant, bell staff member, greeter and concierge on a VIP job is someone we hired, trained and supervise. That gives our clients consistent standards from one shift to the next, and one company that is accountable for the work.
How are VIP staff trained?
Training covers the skills that keep guests and their cars safe and the experience smooth:
- Careful driving and parking in tight lots and garages.
- Key control and claim tickets, so every car goes home with the right person.
- Guest service: greeting people, helping with doors and bags, and answering questions.
- Working to the plan for each site, including traffic flow and where cars are parked.
