Where should you look?
A map search for "valet company" plus your city is a fine start, but the best leads usually come from people who have seen valet companies work:
- Your venue. Many venues keep a list of valet companies that have worked there and know their insurance requirements.
- Your planner, caterer or rental company. They work alongside valet teams and see how they handle a busy night.

The written estimate turns that plan into a staff count and a schedule you can compare. If two estimates are far apart, it is usually because they assume different staffing or hours. Ask why.
Should you pick the lowest price?
Price matters, but a valet company is responsible for your guests' cars and their first and last impression of your event. A noticeably lower quote can mean fewer attendants, which shows up as a long wait for cars at the end of the night, or untrained or subcontracted staff.
